Cancellation Policy

Sirene Beauty Co does not guarantee that cancellations can be made without incurring shipping charges. If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible through our Contact page form with your order number and request.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered within 30 days in the following circumstances:

• Customer package is lost in transit
• Item is received in defective/unusable condition
• Wrong item is received

Refunds are not guaranteed when:

• Customer enters wrong address
• Customer changes their mind
• Customer orders the wrong item/color/style

If you would like to return item for a refund, please make a request through the Contact page form with your order number, request, and reason for returning. If approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges may not be refundable.
